Erin Village Sewage Pumping Station

Description of Work

The Erin Village Sewage Pumping Station, located at the northeast corner of Lions’ Club Park, will convey wastewater to the Erin Water Resource Recovery Facility. The sewage pumping station has been designed to complement the natural features within the park and will be secured from access by the public.

Schedule of Work

Present – Spring 2025

Update or Potential Impacts

To complete the work in a safe manner, there will be restrictions around the Lions’ Club Park work area. The Town’s Contractor will be erecting temporary fencing around the work area; unauthorized access to the fenced area by the public is prohibited.

This contract includes a back-up emergency generator located on the west side of Williams Street, just north of the access road to the Erin Water Tower site.

Restrictions to work areas, increased truck traffic around the park and generator site, dirt on roads, dust and noise may be experienced due to construction activities. The Town, along with the Contactor, will make every effort to minimize these impacts to the community.

Work will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Work after hours or on weekends may be required during the course of construction.

The Town will not be responsible for damage to any privately owned items on Town or County property.
